Intoxication → 2 GCS < 15 → 3 Focal neurologic deficit → 3 Anticoagulation use → 3 Platelets < 100k or antiplatelet use → 3

02 CT Imaging Findings Select highest grade

Epidural hematoma (any) → 3 Intraventricular hemorrhage (any) → 3

Skull fracture

SDH — Subdural hematoma

IPH — Intraparenchymal hemorrhage

SAH — Subarachnoid hemorrhage

Cerebral edema
